Staff was very accommodating and quick to respond to requests. Easy access to the North Charleston Convention Center. Breakfast had a nice variety, even had allergy friendly options. The pool was nice for the kids to burn some energy. The pool table and lobby were great gathering points for our large group.

I love staying at Tru’s. I have stayed at a few of them and I have never had a bad experience. I like the way that the interior in the lobby is always representative of the city in which they’re located. I have never had a bad nights stay. They are clean, offer coffee, 24 seven and have a good section of snacks for an additional fee. This was my first time at the Charleston location. And it’s very close to the airport.

Location was great. Staff was nice and the room was clean, breakfast also smelt very good but unfortunately we couldn’t grab any! Love that they are very pet friendly as well!

We loved staying at the Tru. It was our first time staying at this modern and very trendy hotel.The room was very clean. The staff was wonderful especially Tonya at check-in. I am now obsessed with the lemon sugar body wash and lotion they provide for free. The tv was a huge flat screen on the wall. The hot breakfast with eggs, sausage, oatmeal, and pancakes was delicious. They have a pancake machine that will make you two hot cakes by the wave of your hand. How cool is that.. My husband and I will be back..

We knew what to expect staying here. We like North Charleston area so this was a good spot to stay. Everyhting is expensive in Charleston so this would be considered reasonable. Pool was nice for a quick dip.
