We loved staying at the Tru. It was our first time staying at this modern and very trendy hotel.The room was very clean. The staff was wonderful especially Tonya at check-in. I am now obsessed with the lemon sugar body wash and lotion they provide for free. The tv was a huge flat screen on the wall. The hot breakfast with eggs, sausage, oatmeal, and pancakes was delicious. They have a pancake machine that will make you two hot cakes by the wave of your hand. How cool is that.. My husband and I will be back..

I love staying at Tru’s. I have stayed at a few of them and I have never had a bad experience. I like the way that the interior in the lobby is always representative of the city in which they’re located. I have never had a bad nights stay. They are clean, offer coffee, 24 seven and have a good section of snacks for an additional fee. This was my first time at the Charleston location. And it’s very close to the airport.

Everything was great besides the breakfast experience I had and encountered !! The breakfast tenant that was serving was mean! She rushed everyone away exactly at 10am on the dot. She literally scared some teenagers that was trying to get there food. I reported what I saw when I checked out to the shift supervisor! The food wasn’t the best for a Sunday. The only meat they had was pork sausage

Everything. Easy to reserve, even on a short notice ( 3 hours ). Nice location near terminal. Courteous, friendly staff. Comfortable rooms, and clean. Free breakfast. Very reasonable price, considering how expensive Charleston has become, it is worth staying at TRU HILTON and drive/eat downtown with the difference.no

Staff was very accommodating and quick to respond to requests. Easy access to the North Charleston Convention Center. Breakfast had a nice variety, even had allergy friendly options. The pool was nice for the kids to burn some energy. The pool table and lobby were great gathering points for our large group.
